Growing up in East New Orleans, where all we did was consume and create great meals, I was always inspired to learn more about the culinary world. I moved to Houston in 2007 and attended Houston Community College where the culinary program is superb. After graduating in 2010, I had the honor of learning from many talented chefs.

    It was March 2016 when I decided that the knowledge I've retained over the years had paid off. I took a leap of faith and started out of my own kitchen where I sold suppers to teachers and the residents in my neighborhood. One thing led to another, and I catered a baby shower. It was a major success!

     Moving forward to 2019, East Beast Catering has grown into a new full-service catering company created by myself with the help of my family. Nothing is off limits, so let East Beast Catering bring your vision to life; through your stomach!
